The Finnish translation
Hockey clearly enjoys as much popularity in Finland as it does in Canada. Jaakiekon Fysiikka appeared in 2003, not long after the American and Canadian versions came out. (No, I did not translate it myself. But I did pass copy on to Canadiens’ captain Saku Koivu and his game improved right away. Or maybe it’s just my imagination.) A French version of the book has not yet materialized.
